Teen Mentors Needed at Blackville School
Teen Mentoring is a friendship-based, non-academic program, created by Big Brothers Big Sisters Miramichi, that matches high school students with boys and girls in grades K-5, for one hour a week. Twelve teen mentors are needed for Blackville School.
As a Teen Mentor, students will volunteer their time at Blackville School during school hours. Teen mentors will have the opportunity to be a positive role model for a younger student, and to enhance their leadership and communication skills. It is also a GREAT way to build your resume!
The following teen mentors are needed:
- 4 grade 10 Teen Mentors
- 4 grade 11 Teen Mentors
- 4 grade 12 Teen Mentors!
Enrolment for this program is happening now! If you are a student in grades 10-12 and want to be part of this great experience, get your name in now to Mr. Buggie or Mrs. Moody.
