Conference Call The Special meeting of the Blackville Village Council met by conference call at 13:00 hrs with Mayor Fortune residing. RE:  Sewells Paving Quote Moved by Councillor A. Brennan, seconded by Councillor Underhill to accept Sewell’s Paving quote for $36,452 (plus HST)  to pave the walking trails in the park.  MOTION CARRIED.
