The stirring sound of bagpipes returns to the shores of the Miramichi River as Resident Piper David McDougall of the Moncton District Pipe Band begins another season of performances at Wilson’s Point, 8 Enclosure Road in Derby Junction.

Set beneath the tall pines with breathtaking river views, this beloved tradition invites visitors to bring a lawn chair, pack a picnic, and enjoy an afternoon of music in a truly enchanting setting. The natural acoustics carry the melodies across the water, creating a peaceful and memorable experience for all in attendance.

All are welcome to attend and enjoy the timeless beauty of bagpipe music in one of the region’s most scenic locations. Admission is free.
