Meditation Retreat
Join Avadata Yoga Retreat for an evening and two days to learn how to meditate. Experience the many different forms of meditation. Learn techniques to stay in the present moment, calming thoughts through mindfulness and breath awareness.
Your stay includes healthy delicious meals, walking the trails, meditation, and time for relaxation.

Choose from Bringing your own tent, stay in one of their cute little teepee tents (bring your own sleeping bag/pillow, suitable for 1-2 people not over the height of 5′ or stay in their fully furnished beautiful glampsites. They have a beautiful wood fire sauna to enjoy, a fun outdoor shower, hiking trails and a fishing pond – there is a lot to enjoy on your free time.
