A new memorial sign, Angels in our Field, has been installed at the Blackville Ball Park. The sign, donated by the family of Thomas Dunn, is a fundraiser for Blackville Recreation Council projects.

The sign features the names of the late athletes and individuals who have made an impact on the field. Anyone wishing to add their ‘angel’ to the sign, can contact the village office by phone at 843-6337 or in person at 12 South Bartholomew Road in Blackville. A donation of $50 or more is required to have a name placed.

All proceeds go to the Blackville Rec Council for their projects and services.
