For the summer months of July and August, garbage will be collected every week on your regular garbage pickup day for all communities within the boundaries of Miramichi River Valley (excluding the former village of Blackville limits where weekly garbage is currently in effect until September 26). Recycling pickup will change to once per month for those areas:

• week of July 15-19 both recycling and garbage will be picked up (on your regular pickup day)
• week of August 26-30 both recycling and garbage will be picked up (on your regular pickup day)

Extra recyclables can be placed in clear plastic bags and placed beside your blue bin on Recycling Days. Please note: this applies to Recycling Days only.
