Statement Regarding Blackville Fire Department Allegations

Council is aware of the allegations made towards the Blackville Fire Department.
To ensure the integrity of the department we have spoken to our legal advisor and are exploring options in regards to the best course of action to take.

I do know one thing we have best fire department going. People who are slandering them should stop. They donate their time to protect us. Keep us safe. Good work guys. Happy to know we can depend on you all.
Helen they used to be a great fire department but obviously you haven’t heard what is going on with this department. You might have a different opinion like lot of other people do 😘
