The COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented and has threatened the health and well-being of our families, friends and neighbors. It has also put an enormous strain on so many charities and non-profit organizations that haven’t been able to fund-raise this year for much needed money.

In response, New Brunswick-based insurance company Stanley Mutual is donating a total of $45,000 to nine non-profit organizations throughout the province. Their contribution is part of a $2,000,000 national support program sponsored by Farm Mutual Re.

Local agent Susan McEvoy and Business Development Leader Colin Brewer of Stanley Mutual presented a cheque for $4,000 to Albertine LeBlanc of the Greater Blackville Resource Centre on Wednesday, September 30.
