WOMEN Yoga & Nature Getaway
Join Avadata Yoga on Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28 for an overnight camping adventure in Blackville to relax and enjoy some gentle yoga with Erin Savage. Learn techniques to stay in the present moment, calming thoughts through mindfulness and breath awareness.
Choose from bringing your own tent, stay in one of their tents (bring your own sleeping bag/pillow, shared accommodation suitable for up to 5 people) or bring your own trailer or RV. Bring along towels, flashlight, bug deterrent and a wonderful sense of adventure.
Your stay includes healthy delicious meals, walking the trails, meditation, yoga and plenty of time for relaxation.
Here’s what your days will look like:
Day 1
- 10:00 Arrival
- 11:00 Intention Setting & Sankalpa Ceremony
- 12:00 Lunch
- 2:00 Silent Walk on Trails
- 4:00 Free Time
- 5:30 Dinner
- 7:00 Sunset Yoga with Gong
- 9:00 Evening Campfire
Day 2
- 7:00 Satsang & Meditation
- 9:00 Breakfast
- 10:00 Gentle Yoga & Closing Ceremony
- 12:00 Free Time – All are welcome to stay and enjoy the property

Day 1
Lunch
- Pasture Raised Chicken Salad w/honey lemon dressing
- Local Sourdough Bread w/whipped Basil Butter
- Lemon Sugar Cookies
Dinner
- Oversized Sourdough Samosa filled with local grass fed ground beef, peas and potatoes seasoned with cardamom and spices
- Jasmine Rice
- Green Salad with sweet orange dressing
- Homemade banana blueberry ice cream (dairy free)
- BYOW (wine – dinner only please)
Day 2
Breakfast
- Greek Yogurt w/toppings including local wild blueberries and organic granola
- Pasture Raised Eggs Hard Boiled
- Blueberry Scones
- Sourdough Bread
- Whipped honey butter, homemade rhubarb and raspberry jam, peanut butter
- Juice
Chicken and eggs are provided by Dungarvon Pastures. Raised ethnically on pasture. Coffee, Tea and water will be available all throughout the day.
During free time please enjoy walking the trails, visiting the pond, reading from the extensive yoga, health and self help library, play one of their many board games, or just take nap in one of the hammocks.
For WOMENS members $125, non-members $130
