Have you heard of the Transportation Information Centre (TIC)? This branch of DTI is where residents should contact to report a road concern or inquiry. These tickets are logged, and a representative from DTI will be dispatched to follow up with your inquiry. You’ll also receive feedback from the findings if you request it.
