Fish Hatchery Tours Now Open at the Miramichi Salmon Conservation Centre in South Esk

The Miramichi Salmon Conservation Centre has officially opened its doors for public hatchery tours, running from July 2nd to August 27th. Guests are invited to explore the fascinating world of salmon conservation every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 11AM and 2PM.
Tours are approximately one hour in length and offer a behind-the-scenes look at the centre’s important conservation work. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12 (children must be accompanied by an adult).
For the safety and health of the fish, visitors are required to use the sanitation station and may be asked to wear a smock if they’ve recently been on the river. All guests must sign a liability waiver before the tour begins.
