By-Law #8 rezoning has had it’s third reading and is now approved.

By-Law No. 57 entitled “Village of Blackville Rural Plan” Schedule “A” and entitled “Zoning Map” is hereby amended to change the zoning from “Industrial (IND)” to “Highway Commercial (HC)” for a 1.15 ha portion of the Subject Property described as PID 40037194, located on Howard Rd, Blackville, Miramichi River Valley, and is indicated in Appendix “A-8” appended hereto and forming part thereof.
