The Boys & Girls Club of Miramichi is offering $2000 bursaries to eight local schools, including Blackville High School and North & South Esk Regional High School.

The $2000 bursary will be awarded to one youth from each of the following high schools:

• Miramichi Valley High School
• North & South Esk Regional
• James M Hill High School
• Carrefour Beausoliel
• Blackville School
• École Régionale De Baie-Sainte-Anne
• School Center Communal La Fontaine
• École Étoile de L’Acadie

Students are encouraged to see their guidance councillor to apply at their high school. The recipient will be chosen by the High School. Deadline to apply is May 30.
