U-R Enuff Rally for Youth and Preteens

The Blackville AC/DC Youth Group is hosting a Youth Rally at the Father A.A. McKinnon Hall, 107 Main Street in Blackville on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 6:00pm. The Rally is entitled “U-R-ENUFF” and is open to all young children. A small luncheon will follow the Rally.

Representatives from Big Brothers Big Sisters / Boys & Girls Club of Miramichi, Camp Sheldrake, Miramichi Valley Bible Camp and the Doaktown Salmon Museum’s “Come Play on our River” Program will be on site to speak to the children and provide information about summer camps, programs, etc.

There will also be a Social Worker and RCMP Member speaking to the children about every day trials and tribulations that they may experience as they enter the pre-teen years. The talks will be about making good choices, how to deal with bullying, being a strong individual and how to be yourself without influence.

Parents are welcome to attend and are asked that they contribute to the small luncheon by bringing a plate of something that the children will enjoy.
